Around Acres of Hope, we call our volunteer team, Team GRIT, because working around a ranch is hard work.

Each member of our team inspires us with how they are Generous, Resilient, take Initiative, and have Tenacity.

Team GRIT breathes life into our missions, keeps the ranch operating seamlessly, and is what gives Acres of Hope a sense of community.

What do I have to do to become a volunteer?

Simply apply! Then we will run a background check for all adult volunteers, provided by AOH. After that, we will train and onboard you!
